San Salvador Art Week 2027 brings together artists, galleries, cultural institutions, curators, collectors and creative agents in an experience that celebrates creativity, cultural exchange and regional innovation.
For one week, exhibitions, urban interventions, curatorial programs, professional gatherings and special events will activate the city's landmark spaces. The curatorial theme frames contemporary art, experimental architecture, creative technology and public space as languages to explore the relationship between people and their environment.
The program seeks to strengthen ties between institutions, foster collecting and open new opportunities for international collaboration, positioning San Salvador as an emerging destination within the global cultural circuit.

40 life-size horse sculptures intervened by leading artists, installed along the city's main avenues, and 40 giant sea turtle sculptures intervened by artists across the four Surf City venues.
At Bitcoin Beach and a hall of the National Palace. An exploration of individual sovereignty, freedom and how technology can free us, in a country where Bitcoin has shaped El Salvador's recent history.
